Stresssssed!!

I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 16, I'm now 23. In 2016 had a miscarriage at 16 weeks. In September last year I had a scan which showed no cysts on my ovaries or anything abnormal. We have now been trying for a baby for 2 years... Drs telling me 'im young and still have time' but I feel like no one understands!! How can I get someone to listen? Or is private best? Also haven't had a period since October!!
