Depends on your relationship. My husband signs my name to his gift (or the one I pick for her🤣). This is her 1st Mother’s Day as a grammie so I will send her something from our son too

Even last year when me and her were on really bad terms I got her a card that said “thanks for bringing your son into this world, he’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me” and I think she appreciated it. If nothing else it was a pleasant surprise🤷🏻‍♀️

I always do, she’s like my other mum and to be honest i have her kid so we call it mothers and nanny’s day. I just do something simple like flowers and a homemade gift from our son
