Mastitis

Has anyone experienced this?? I woke up today feeling kinda crappy and by afternoon I had a low grade fever. My right breast is pretty tender to touch but not swollen or red. My OBGYN prescribed me an antibiotic but all I can think about is the worst- covid. No I haven’t gone anywhere aside from getting target drive up service twice. If you’ve had mastitis how high did your fever get and how long after taking meds did you start to feel better. My only other symptoms is chills and body aches. I’m freaking out 😩😩
