How to do you know if your Relationship is ending

I’m really bad at relationships I can kinda tell me and my man have been kinda distanced and I told him yesterday I missed him and he said Alright instead of saying I miss you too baby like he always does he hasn’t said he missed me witch makes me sad :( I told him I loved him but I got nothing back form the text I sent him yet oh my hearts not ready for a breakup but if that happens I’ll be so sad :(
