Please help me I’m so scared
I thought that I was doing everything right. I didn’t have sex during the fertile window that this app showed. We used a condom that didn’t break and he pulled out before he came. That has to be perfectly safe right?
My period is now 3 days late. I’m cramping, my lower back is hurting, and I’m feeling slightly nauseous. Am I overthinking? Is my period coming soon or should I go take a test.
