PCOS pain. HELP!!!

I've been struggling with PCOS, blocked tubes and endometriosis for a while now and usually can handle it pretty good but it's been horrible here recently. I'm hurting so bad it hurts to freaking walk to the restroom. I cant have sex with my husband because before we can finish I'm in tears because of the pain. Its gotten to the point its affected me trying to run my online buisness and I dont know what to do anymore. I just dont know what to do anymore! I've used heat pads, changed my diet, mild exercise, lost weight.... literally everything I've been told and it hasn't stopped. Any suggestions or anything?
