Clingy kid help!

Anyone else’s 4 year old super attached to them? The last month my son went from being “I can do it by myself mom” to crying anytime I get up to go to the bathroom. I am sitting the the bathroom rn and He’s screaming I want you mommy I need you and crying.. then when we’re laying together he says the same thing and is like climbing all over me like honestly if I could put him back in my belly he’d still be the same. I’m with him 24/7 when I’m not at work the 3 days I work a week.. idk why he’s being like this.. any advice? I love it but it’s driving me crazy 😭
