Dealing with panic attacks

My husband passed away a little over a year ago. He had this horrible cough, and his doctor told him everything looked fine and gave him something for bronchitis. He ended up having a heart attack caused by a blood clot- he had all the signs now that I know what signs of a blood clot are. :(

Well, a close family member of his died in an accident the other day. Idk why, but it’s triggered my anxiety. He left behind three kids.

I know with covid19, symptoms are a dry cough, fever, a shortness of breath. My small toe on the right side has been hurting off and on. It feels hot but it’s cold to the touch, not swollen or anything. It felt like it was being pulled off when I put them flat on the floor. I told my mom and she said something about covid toes and for me to look it up. I read something about how covid19 can possibly cause blood clots and lesions in the feet. So now I feel like I can’t get a full breath in because I’m panicking. My son can’t lose me too.

I know I need to stay away from news apps, and googling symptoms. What are some ways you all distract yourselves when you start to feel overwhelmed by this pandemic?
