Spotting at 14 week’s
So I am 14 weeks and1 day with fraternal twin girls. I don’t want to panic but I used the restroom this evening and I was spotting. It was pink and very light. I went back 20 mins later and wiped again it was nothing. My boobs are still sore but I feel ok I have mild cramping on and off that’s about it. Is this normal or should I go to the er?? This is also my 3rd pregnancy first time with multiples.
