Would you bother testing again?

If you got a positive pregnancy test, then 3 days later got red bleeding on the day your period was expected, but it only lasted a day and a half, when it normally lasts 3 days?

Cal your doc. I have bled during my first trimester both times. They can do a blood test to see where your HCG levels are and another 48 hours later to see if they double. Good luck!

You may still have some lingering hcg. I’d get a few tests and test to see if hcg is going down or up.
