Back labor?

Anyone experience back labor? Ive been having sharp pains in my lower and mid back since around 6am today, and they arent getting any better. Im 38w1d, so i feel like it could just be typical back pains as well. Not sure how to time the pains either.

I had my baby at 38 and 5. Whole thing was natural back labor. My baby was positioned just fine, but I guess it just happens. So I don't know what a normal contraction feels like, but what I felt was a sharp achy pain in my lower to mid back that would be really awful, and then kinda faded until I could ignore it. Then a couple minutes later I'd feel like I was being stabbed again. Heat packs helped for the first several hours, then my water broke and I was off to the hospital. I hope that helped, I know it's hard to know if it's actual labor if there aren't normal contractions.

Yes I have experienced at 23 weeks and went to the ER and I was 2 cm dilated and was in active labor.
