Calorie tracker/meal plan for pregnancy

Hi just looking for tips on maintaining weight. This is my second pregnancy. First pregnancy I didn’t monitor my intake. Ended up being on bed rest, and gained 70 pounds.I do not want to repeat it this pregnancy. So far the stay at home order is preventing me from being able to get a large list of foods. Can anyone recommend a diet plan they followed? An app? Calorie tracker? Any tips would be great!
