I am losing hair like this daily. Is this normal? I’ve been taking for the past month, don’t use heat on my hair at all, and am deep conditioning it.

Do you have  curly hair? If so it is normal. Most people with straight hair it will naturally fall out during the day, but with curly hair it stays in the curls and usually comes out when you wash your  hair. 
I have the same problem and i get it bad as i only wash  my haor once a week.
