Weight loss help

I need some guidance on how to lose weight. I am 5”3 and i am 198 pounds.

I eat cleanish, for the most part. I have a few times we’re i eat junk food. I try to be more active with my dogs. I do yoga occasionally in the morning. I also intermittent fast.. But I’m TTC and I feel like weight loss will help my hormones balance out. I know it sounds like I have a good start but it’s not working. I’ve been doing this for the last few months and I feel like my weight is at a plateau. So i guess my question is what more can I do to to make my weight loss journey continue. I really want to start a family with my husband and weight is one of the biggest issues.
