How do I keep going?
I started my journey in November 2019 with 209lbs. I had gained a lot during my first pregnancy and never had motivation. I finally joined a running group and within 4 months I made it down to 174lbs. I am so freaking proud, but I know that I still have a long way to go. I have been plateauing for about a month. I still go for runs, keep up my diet with lots of veggies, salads and low fat meat.
I just can’t lose more. My motivation is at its peak right now. I work so hard and I don’t see progress. I’m scared that I will lose my motivation soon if I don’t progress anymore.
How do you deal with this? Any tricks to change up workout and get over this?
