Scared of School

My boyfriend isn’t the best at school, but if someone starts to go wrong, he won’t seek help. One of the few classes he has gotten an A in, we took together and I had to push him to get the work done. I am ambitious and have all these plans to do after college, but I feel like he wont be there any time soon. I have twice the amount of credits as him, and its not because he’s stupid, he just gives up. Im scared that he will give up or I will end up leaving him behind. If he’s failing a class, he wont go to a tutor or the professor because he thinks it makes him stupid and like he cant do it himself. I want to see him succeed, but I cant be the one supporting him when he wont support himself. He will be stressed about failing a class and just stop doing the work, and be upset that he wasted the money. I dont know what to do about it anymore. Advice very much needed!
