Yes, it's crazy a little over 10k for a normal healthy delivery (and that's after insurance)

I have a ton of bills but I just set up a payment plan.

With my last two I got bills for about 3-4 months after delivery. This baby seems to be no different 😭😭 . My deliveries end up costing me about 9k out of pocket I just call the financial department at the hospital and they set me up with a payment plan.

I have only received a bill for my induction/delivery from the hospital. I was paid in full for the OB prior to having baby girl and because I labored without and pain meds there’s no bill from the anesthesiologist. But I still don’t have a ton of extra money lying around to pay the $1500 almost $1600 hospital bill. They keep calling me. I thought they’d have a bit more grace with all that is going on but I will probably wind up throwing it on my credit card 😣 I don’t know what else to do.
