Help please newborn rash?

I just brought my daughter home today. She is two days old. I noticed this yesterday in hospital and I asked the nurse what it was and she said she didn’t know. What do I do?? It’s getting worse. It’s literally a red circle and the center looks yellow it’s getting worse too.

Just to be safe call ur doctor! Could just be newborn rash! But to be safe get it checked out!

Yeah that looks like newborn rash, my son's looked the same it was bad for a few days and didn't go away until he was a month, so it took some time I also asked my doc about it and he said it was totally normal.

Call your doctor but in the meantime, If you breastfeed or pump, bathe baby in breast milk. More than medicated creams and ointments, my breast milk worked the best and the fastest for my baby when he was tiny! Hope this helps x

I used Bioderma Cold cream when my baby had newborn rash. It took it after one use and is made for newborn skin!

Their skin is so sensitive and goes through a transition as it acclimated to air. Do you have a newborn appointment scheduled?

Totally normal! Erythema toxicum neonatorum. Don’t worry.
