Night sweats
Anyone else having bad night sweats since you have birth? I remember it after my first but wondering if anyone has any tips to manage it? It’s so frustrating, I wake up soaked, sheets are soaked and then I’m freezing cold while I’m up nursing, it’s so gross. I’ve been sleeping on a beach towel the last few nights to soak up the sweat 😂 which helps but not ideal.
