I think I’m pregnant but only been dating a month

I had an abortion last year with my ex. And I think I’m pregnant again. This guy is a better guy but we’ve only been dating a month. Still waiting on a positive test. But I feel exactly how I did when I was pregnant last time. And I had some spotting at a time when I would have been implanting. 6 days from my period.

Help! Any advice?

Edit. Abortion isn’t an option. It tore me apart emotionally last time even though I didn’t think it would. So please be more sensitive to that.
