Every day since you don't know exactly where ovulation happens. That's how I got pregnant 2x

We BD every day of my fertile window and got our BFP.  If you know when you’ll ovulate and your partner has a normal sperm count (that you know of), you can go every day during your fertile window.  Or you can do every other day for most of your cycle. 
But yes as others have mentioned, it’s all about timing.
