Implantation bleeding? Currently 6 DPO

My period isn’t due for another week and so its confusing of why I would be bleeding, I have super light cramps and the bleeding isn’t picking up but the consistency is mostly watery, sticky/stringy discharge

Update: Idk if I should consider this a bfp but my cheapie was negative but on this Walmart test it took 5 min for this to develope but I feel like the line may be in the wrong spot?
