Well, I just got back from my first ultrasound. There was a sac and a yolk sac, but was too early to see my little nugget. She didn't tell me what I was measuring, and the entire visit was a shit show from the beginning. My midwife never even put on the order that the ultrasound was for a pregnancy. So when the tech asked me what my last period was she was shocked and asked if it was normal for me. I was like well I am pregnant so...
