I always cry🤦‍♀️

My daughter has a doctor appt this morning that includes shots. No matter what as soon as her sad lil cry starts after getting pricked my eyes start going too. It shatters my heart to hear her in pain. I also very much dislike that I have to hold her arms down. I just want to be the one to pick her up and cuddle her at the end. Not help “hurt” her (long run helping her obviously but). Anyways these doctor appt always stress me out when it comes to shots
