For gender? Mine said little girl with a 10w blood draw confirmed at 19w baby girl.

My first daughter has Downs so with my second I had the panorama test done just to make sure and prepare if my second would have any abnormalities. Came back with nothing wrong and also found out I was having a girl. Everything was right on point with the blood work.

It's extremely accurate. Pretty much the only way it's going to be wrong is if it is mishandled by the lab or your doctor. 
I had it with all three of mine and it was accurate.
