SPD??

I’ve suffered with joint pain my entire life and have received physio, steroid injections and other treatment since I was 3 anyways but over the past few days I’ve been getting awful pains!

It started off with clicking / popping in my pelvis when turning over in bed and lower back pain. It gave me sleepless night but This was all manageable however today I’ve had this horrid pain all down my right leg. It feels as if I have “growing pains” in my right knee, and all up inside my thigh up to my pelvis. I can barely walk up the stairs, it takes me ages and reduces me to tears. Does this sound like SPD or something else? Unsure whether to contact my midwife or not? Thankyou x
