Does my daughter sleep to much?

I don’t know if this is because of teething but my daughter will be 1 in 9 days and she already has her bottom two teeth and now cutting her top and she been hateful and whiny. Well at night she will go to bed around 10-10:30pm and don’t get up till 8:30-9am, then she will drink a sippy cup and get breakfast and by 10 she goes back to sleep and will sleep till 11 and then she will act sleepy around 1. Does she sleep to much? I try to keep her up but she gets so hateful.
