Feeding amount not changing

My LO is 10 and a half weeks old and has been taking 4 oz per feeding for several weeks now. I feel like she should be drinking more by now especially since she is sleeping 8 and a half hours at night uninterrupted. Lately she is struggling to even take in 24 oz daily when before she was about 27 oz. Should I be concerned? She only takes 4 oz (sometimes 5 oz) for her first morning feed after sleeping 8 and a half hours). I just don’t want her to become dehydrated. I have been smelling a distinct urine smell when she wets her diaper and I have noticed her urine is getting more concentrated in color.
