Is this normal during early pregnancy?

These cramps i am having is mild but they feel like menstrual cramps,but they stay in one spot it seems like but it comes and goes. I am not having any bleeding whatsoever,but glow tells me I am 5 days late for my period.

My husband and I have been trying to have another baby and I had csection July 14th,if I am feeling anything from it when they sewed me up,but I doubt it.

I have been experiencing sore breast that comes and goes throughout the day.

The mild crampy in the area where my csection is located feels like little pressure but it does releases. It does this off and on. Laying down helps,and sitting up helps to,as long I change position.

I have taken several pregnancy tests that came back negative except for one negative test back back faint line on the plus.

I also feel like burning sensation similar to tingling sensation feel.

I didn't experience these symptoms with my first pregnancy at all.

I am sure different cramps during early pregnancy maybe normal and feel tense at times,but like I said before I didn't experience this nor do i experience this before my periods either.
