Anyone take colace ?

Took a 50mg soft gel and I swear My insides are dying..... had diarrhea and am fine now. Has anyone else experienced this took it about 2 hours ago.

I take it 2x a day, once in morning and once at night. I have occasionally had bouts of diarrhea that pass quickly but nothing that would stop me from taking it to prevent severe constipation.

I take it daily as I have days that I feel ridiculously bloated and backed up but also have days where I'm regular or even have diarrhea. But I'd take the diarrhea any day over the uncomfortably tight bloating and constipation!

Anyone take colace ?
