14 weeks tomorrow and so much hip/back pain
My right lower back/hip has been killing me. Tylenol doesn’t even put a dent in it. I have an old back injury from many years ago, but combined with this this hip pain I’m miserable. Any tips? Or anyone else experiencing this? Currently soaking in the tub. 😅
