Sorry, I'm a ftm and I got this at the hospital but I don't know what exactly it is. Is it a brush or like a loofah???

It is a brush to brush baby's hair with. Baby's usually are born with vernix and could have cradle cap which is on the scalp. Gently brush baby's hair and head with soap.
