Trigger Warning: ectopic pregnancy symptoms?

Question

I'm sorry to ask in case this triggers anyone but I'm about a week or so post ovulation and having strange intense pain in my left abdomen. 
What are the typical sensations and symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy? I wouldn't worry except that this is unlike any sensation/pain I've ever experienced and not sure what to think ..

You’re most likely feeling your corpus luteum on the ovary where you ovulated.  After it releases the egg it swells to produce progesterone to support pregnancy.  I had a ruptured twin ectopic topic at 8 weeks & didn’t have many symptoms until it ruptured.  If you are pregnant then you should monitor your hcg levels to see if they double every 2 days & also get an early ultrasound to confirm it’s in your uterus.  That’s how you can try to rule out ectopic.  Best of luck

Isolated pain is definitely an early indicator. I passed out around 9 days after ovulation but thought it may have been implantation. The pain went away for the night but then came back worse so I knew it wasn't right. I also started bleeding shortly after. Mine was very dark and watery.
