Dose anyone no there hcg levels with twins ?

Mine first at 4 weeks was 800 
2 time 3 days later was 5800

Didn't no if it could possibly be twins ?

Everyone levels are different... doesn't matter n if twins or not.. at 4 weeks my levels were lower then yours at 4 weeks and I'm having twins
