recurring slow rising hcg

I had two miscarriages this year and they were both due to slow rising hcg. I’m in my 2 week wait, 9 dpo and I’ve taken millions of pregnancy test and they all have a faint shadow. Something that has happened before. I’m not feeling good (I’ve been pregnant before so I know in your head nauseousness vs real). This is real, I would almost bet I’m pregnant again but I fear it’s slow rising.

I had two healthy babies so this is all new to me. I had my thyroid checked, hormones and all normal. Is it normal to have back to back miscarriages and bam have a normal one?

I know it’s to soon to panic but I’ve seen this pattern before.
