1st period back?

Question

I am 15 weeks pp and I have had no period or bleeding since 5 weeks. So 2 days ago I started spotting only in am very very light, yesterday mid morning light/medium, and today medium spotting.(nothing enough for a tampon or pad, just when I wipe. 
I’m confused as to is this a period or is it implantation bleeding?! If we’re pregnant again it’s all good but I’m not sure because my periods are usually heavy
Symptoms are light cramping, and headaches

It went away. Never got heavier just disappeared after 3 days. No symptoms besides some back pain but who knows. I might take a pregnancy test at some point to check that

My periods are typically very heavy, but my first period postpartum was pretty light after both kids.

Possibly your period starting in a few days? My first period after birth I thought I was pregnant again because days before I had lots of nausea & food aversions. Turned out it was my period starting a few days later
