Morning sickness

Alicia • Avoiding pregnancy until seizures are better controlled and stopping medications that may be harmful to an unborn baby.
I just found out that I am 4 weeks and 2 days. I've had horrible nausea for about a week and haven't been able to keep much of anything down. Anyone have any recommendations as to what to eat or help with the constant nausea?
