When does babies movements get consistent?

I’m almost 22 weeks and have felt baby moving quite a bit, but it’s not consistent. When does baby’s movements get consistent? When should I begin to count kicks during the day?

Kick counts don't start until 28w, before then babies have so much free floating space it's hard to get track of consistent movement. Don't stress mama 💕

My dr recommends kick counts at 30w, I’m just now 30w and now it’s more noticeable
