What do you use to wash vagina

I usually use summer eve but maybe I should stop cause i can't stop getting infections/ discomfort !! Anyone else with thus problem or think it might be due to what product is used

You shouldn't use anything like that. Just a mild, non-scented soap to clean the outside. The vagina cleans itself.

Your vagina cleans its self. I just use organic soap lightly on the outside, no deep scrubbing.

I had a nursing instructor that always educated people by saying consider the vagina a self cleaning oven. Douching etc is not healthy, it gives opportunistic bacteria a chance to grow and messes up the pH.

Sorta related - always wiping from front to back after you go to the bathroom will prevent infections. I got a terrible yeast infection in my teens from wiping incorrectly. I just use warm water on my labia and nothing inside my vagina. It's a self-maintaining kind of environment.

Yeah I was always taught not to use anything down in that area besides water. Our lady parts do a pretty good job at keeping themselves clean and balanced. I've always heard products like that can throw off our natural balance and cause problems. I've personally never had a yeast infection. Or any kind of infection or problem down there

Your vagina actually needs certain bacteria to be healthy.  Infections are caused by too much or too little.  Using washes and douches strip the vagina of its naturally occurring good bacteria throwing off your PH balance.  Talk with your Dr if you don't believe the ladies here.  Leave your poor vagina alone, it can take care of itself.

Yea what jockey said, using soaps can actually really throw your ph blanc out of wack, I just use a little baby wash, which is what I use on my body. Just a little and not straight soap, I us ally foam it up, oh and nothing inside.
