Had a fall

So I was walking my dog and as we came around a corner, he saw a cat and proceeded to pull me. It totally caught me off guard as this is not something he usually does. He ended up pulling me pretty hard and I fell on my hands and knees thankfully but he kept dragging me as I was trying to get up so I did feel myself straining quite a bit. I’m home now and resting but my heart is still pounding and I have so much adrenaline. I’m trying to calm down but now I’m also worried about baby. I’ll be 12 weeks tomorrow. Should I go to the hospital for a scan? I’m not bleeding but I’m still so scared. Anybody had something like this happen? Any advice ? My next ultrasound isn’t until May 20th
