My LMP was on april 12 , started with spotting and on April 19. The flow started , but it was light .. from april 25 the flow is medium..and still now its going on . What should i do ?

Last month when i got the same situation , started on march 18 and went on for 10 days , doctor said it will stop by itself , no need to take medication .

We are trying to conceive , i have mild pcos , and we are waiting to start the letrozole next month . What should i for the flow ? Will it stop by itself ? Or should i call doctor ?...Please help ..
