Should they be held accountable

Hey Ladies.... Im talking about Fox News and people on Twitter that repost their stories on "How social distancing and face masks don't work"... This misinformation is the reason protests are happening and people aren't taking the virus seriously.. Thousands of people are dying and saying such things can worsen the situation... So should Fox News and these people be held accountable? (in my opinion i know Fox News is protected by Trump himself so nothing will ever happen to them) but what do you think? Could they ever be held accountable one day? Should they be held accountable at all?
