Is this miscarrying or a sign of ectopic?

I have my DRs appt tomorrow but I’m sick to my stomach worrying about this.😞 I had little tingling on my right side for the first two days maybe after a + test and I don’t remember if it was like that with my first. Combined with the tests that aren’t really increasing in color intensity... I’m heartbroken. I want this little love bean to stick.

NOTE: The tests are NOT IN ORDER!!!! I just throw them to a ziplock bag and don’t date them, but I tried arranging them based on the yellowness/old look.
