Feeling defeated

I’m 3.5 months months pregnant, and my husband and I just aren’t getting along and he’s all but acting out. He has been making inappropriate jokes to his friends who are female. Going behind my back smoking a vape pen (something I said I be upset about) and now it’s everything he can do to ignore a conversation.

This isn’t our first kid so he can’t be nervous about that. I have no idea. But I’m so fed up with what seems to be a losing battle.

He has shown remorse for the comments to his friend, but honestly I just don’t know !
