7 weeks ultrasound, just the sac?

I went to the ER tonight because I was having shoulder pain, and wanted to make sure it was ectopic.. they did do an ultrasound I'm suppose to be 7 weeks and 1 day.. and he could only find the sac. He told me because of my anatomy my bladder was pushing my uterus back and making it hard too see. He said he didnt see a reason to do transvaginal as he wasn't concerned my levels were rising from the other day. Has anyone else experienced this? I went through A miscarriage last september and this is just tearing me apart. 🥺 I feel like giving up.
