Eptopic pregnancy and Pain 2 wks after methotrexate shot

I was treated for an eptopic pregnancy two weeks ago. I was about 8 or 9 weeks but luckily I had low hcg levels so I was able to get the methotrexate shot. When I had the shot my hcg levels 2000 then they went up by 4 days after the shot 2300. Luckily at 7 days it was 1156 and this week it was at 280. So everything seems to be going well besides I’ve been cramping on and off on my right side. Sometimes it’s pretty bad but it goes away after awhile until after I rest. Today I started to become more concerned because the pain has been more and more noticeable and I have some tenderness in my belly. I noticed when my son was climbing on me. I have only had some spotting . I would think there be more bleeding. Have any of you had experience experience with being treated medically for eptopic
