Anyone else stress about period weight?

Am I the only one that gets stressed when I see the scale go up around when my period comes? Even though I know it’s completely normal.

Gahhh yes. That’s was today! I’m supposed to start in 3 days and the scale went up 3 pounds in two days! I was pissed lol I know it will balance out but it screws with your head when you’re trying to lose weight

Yes! Lol. Like 3 days out of the month I just want JUNK food and I eat a really good balanced diet, but around my period i turn into a moody, hungry, bloated monster lmao. I go extra hard with my workouts as soon as i start!!

I used to until I cut out wheat and dairy from my diet.
It stopped a lot of bad bloating and pain, especially around my period.
Plus I lost 35 lbs lol
