Severe shoulder and arm pain

Ugghh. Starting since Saturday afternoon my left shoulder blade started to hurt, along with my elbow. Yesterday my whole left arm from shoulder blade, elbow, wrist and when fingers were killing me. It felt like a muscle ache in my shoulder but a bad case of arthritis in my elbow, arm and hand. Then by night the right side started in my forearm and hand. I spent all night trying to sleep, in bed or the recliner. It hurt so much I cried like a child (no joke intended). I'm still hurting today. I tried a massager, heating pad, and finally tiger balm last night.

Has anyone else had this? It's literally the worst. My next appt is the 29th of this month, so I'll notify my Dr and get their advice but just looking to see if any other mommas have suffered from this.
