Breastfeeding questions - 5 day old
I’m on day 5 of breastfeeding, my milk has already come in and babygirl is doing great has gained 2 ounces since we left the hospital. My first question is I’ve noticed that sometimes (rarely) she will choke when she’s either a.eating too fast or b.my flow is too fast for her (not sure which is causing it) but is there anything I can do to prevent this?? Also, what are some things to help keep my supply up besides just breastfeeding? Thanks! 😊
