First time with OPKs can someone help with this result!? Please

I took this ovulation test today 5/4 at about 7:45pm and got this results after waiting the 5 minutes. I just got off my period about 2 days ago also. Can someone tell me if they think this is negative or positive?

I scanned it on this app and twice the result that it read can back as positive and once negative but it was one away from being positive. Just needing some help!!

Also, is there any other app can use to scan the ovulation test to keep track?
